EC-Go is a two-channel Holter ECG system with an easy-to-use, practical user interface. The powerful analysis software runs on today's typical PC platform, so getting started is reduced to standard software installation and interface plug-in. The lightweight digital recorder with solid state memory fits into a pocket, operates from 2 AA rechargeable batteries and features a patient event marker button. It connects to the PC using a wireless infrared link through a special serial interface. The system offers easy patient hook-up with real-time ECG monitoring for reliable electrode placement with best signal quality. With a quick data transfer after the 24-hour recording session, EC-Go performs an automatic scan based on adjustable criteria for arrhythmia, ischaemia and time domain HRV analysis. The software provides ECG template classification with individual beat annotation and RR measurement, complete with operator-controlled interactive validation and editing through entire class or single beat reclassification. Composite trend and full disclosure review screens with color-coded ectopics, superimposition and page scan modes enable operators to quickly and accurately process recordings, validate automatic analysis and create customized reports.
